Somali pirates are saying they are finalizing ransom negotiations with the owners of the MV Faina that is sitting off the coast of Haradhere, Somalia. Reuters reports the ship could be free in a matter of days. The Ukrainian ship was seized back in September. It is carrying a crew of 20 and a cargo of military equipment including rocket-propelled grenades, anti-aircraft guns and 33 Soviet-era T-72 tanks.
