There is a new law headed for approval in Thailand's Parliament that would make it a crime to attempt to seize control of an airport. It is dubbed the "Security and Security Measures for Suvarnabhumi Airport Act," and began to take shape following the People's Alliance for Democracy's (PAD) seizure of Suvarnabhumi Airport for over a week late last year.
