The port facilities in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad were completely shutdown on Tuesday (3/3) so authorities could search for a cargo container that was allegedly being used to smuggle people, possibly children. However, in the end the incident turned out to be a "hoax", and the authorities were actually reacting to local media reports about the suspected human smuggling operation.
