The Nigerian press is reporting that militants from the Niger Delta Vigilante (NDV) and the Patriotic Force (PF) have issued a February 14th deadline for the major oil companies to vacate Niger Delta or face crippling attacks. The threat has been dubbed "Operation Zero Exploration".
