Singapore Says Will Act Against N. Korean Ship

As the U.S. Navy tracks North Korea's vessel called Kang Nam and the U.S. military says the navy destroyer USS John McCain is headed towards Singapore,

Reuters Singapore reports officials there have said they will take action against the North Korean Ship if it attempts to land with a cargo of weapons. At this point no one seems to be sure exactly where the Kang Nam is headed or what its cargo might be, but the concern is the ship may be laden with weapons, missile parts and perhaps even nuclear materials.
